For those who can still stand to look at food after Thanksgiving, check out these amazing landscapes created entirely out of food, including seas of salmon, mountains of bread, and cliffs of parmesan.

From those Cheezburger geniuses
This blog is devoted to terrible translations. Most are foreign countries that have terrible English translations. Most blundering countries included on this blog are Asian. Hate it or love it...it's pretty darn funny. This is my personal fave:

I am not quite sure what this page is about (going to the index yields a "go away" message), but the links contained within are quite humorous. Some are email correspondences (as is the one in the link below), some are short essays, some are random musings - all are funny.

If you haven't seen it yet...
This is one of the most popular videos on Youtube of all time. There's nothing diabolical, disturbing or disastrous in it. It is just the cutest thing in the world. Try not to watch!

Also useful to see what other people have named their offspring, so you can choose something unique for yours
This fascinating page shows you how popular any baby name has been since the 1880s. It's interesting to see how names that once were popular way back when have come back into vogue (see, for example, Emma, which was the 3rd most popular name in the 1880s, suffered a long period of decline, ranking as only the 448th most popular name in the 1970s, to its current rank in 2007, again the 3rd most popular name).
Just in case you were interested, Jennifer was WAY popular in the 1970s (most popular name for girls) and 1980s (second most popular name for girls) (surprise?), but has since died off, to be replaced by names such as Emily and Isabella (first and second most popular names, respectively, for girls in 2007).

Shameless Self Promotion
Here's a short film I made for the 24 hour Mayday Film Festival. It won Best Picture, Best Actress and Best Line "I should have known combining fruit with homocidal maniacs would come back to haunt me!" As you can see, it is a comical horror. Less than 10 minutes long. Created in less than 24 hours. It's never too late for Halloween!
