Dirk Valentine vs Steamship Pirates

This is a really fun game, but it's a little more involved than your regular casual logic puzzle. There are a few rules to play, but they're quick. Once you learn, you can play again and again easily.

What's it gonna beeeeeeeeee?

This is my favorite Youtube music video of all time. An oldie-but-a-goodie (since it's over a year old). I believe "Dr. Ken" who wears the silver unitard and magically appears throughout the song, is an actual doctor. I think, a dentist. (Mature language)

It has what you Seeq...mostly

Have you ever wanted to find something on the Internet...and you feel that someone, somewhere, SOMEHOW just HAS to have put it up? Well, Seeqpod can tell you for sure if it exists and where to find it. A pretty nifty site for finding music and video clips. You just might find yourself spending many an hour tracking down everything you thought you had forgotten. Well, at least it is very helpful finding music.

Sleds away!

I was first introduced to this game a year or so ago by my younger cousins. The concept is simple - you draw some lines, and then you send the sled flying down your lines. The most complicated I ever got was making a loop, which inevitably sent my sled rider to his death as I couldn't do it right. More often than not, I made the line too bumpy so my rider lost his sled. Alas. It's lots of fun though.

(Tip: Use the hand icon to move your drawing area so you can keep drawing.)

Line Rider

And, if you want to see what you can REALLY do with Line Rider - well, prepare to be amazed.

I so totally lied

While the Cheney at Camp Crystal Lake is one of my favorite articles on The Onion, I am forced to apologize if I in any way intimated that it was my favorite. My favorite is the one where the Hulk (himself!) pitches out The Hulk 2 to anyone who might be listening. The best part is where he asks for ideas for directors, but warns, "First studio exec to suggest Joel Schumacher get smashed!"

One of a billion from The Onion

If you do not already know about The Onion, a fake newspaper with hilarious articles, then consider today Christmas. Check out www.theonion.com. If you need a little taste of one of my favorites to get you started, then I highly recommend following this link to an oldie-but-a-goodie.

Cheney Returns to Camp Crystal Lake

If you don't get the reference...then it probably won't be funny to you. But there are tons of other articles on The Onion's main site for everybody.

Just looking at the snow makes me cold

A series of shorts directed by Brody Baker for the New York Times, each features a different "young talent" (although I don't know if Josh Lucas really fits in that category, but anyways...) that, when viewed together, apparently tell some sort of story.
